Great to hear a voice behind the persona. Kudos to Adam for individually planting stuff, this is so time consuming, but I tend to use the multi plant tool as much as I can. Using the camera view to only plant what can be seen is an old designer trick. As Adam said the routing and planting needs to make sense. Fascinating interview.

Great course designer...been following Arctic Fury courses since the golf club... The question now is how do I look up his courses as they no longer have a look up by designer?

Daniel Rommens and Adam Benjamin are truly masters at their craft. Great to hear them going back and forth on designing all these magical courses.

This is so great to see. Really like that you both dropped some great information and shared your ideas. Now we can all take some of this and climb. Thanks guys.

Great interview Daniel. Bummer that you had some technical issues and had to cut it short. But still plenty of great information from you and Adam. It's appreciated.

Thank you!! We actually did tape the rest of the interview, so this is all the information I could extract from Adam! He's right to keep some little secrets for himself, haha.

Great video, nice to hear and learn from the GOAT himself. You’re both inspirations to me as a designer. Thanks Dan 🍻

I love all of your courses they all look amazing. My only gripe is that some of your holes go off a cliff edge and it makes it look unrealistic and if you go over the edge there is no way back it seems like a lot of the holes are built on a plateau. Visually your courses are second to none and i always look forward to your latest releases
    Regards
    David

Wonderful video. AF is certainly the top designer out there. I'm wondering how you get another person's course and be able to edit on it..

Thanks! AF shared his file with me, so I could open it in the course designer on pc.

That is stunning, a true artist. But that's not candy, it's a Christmas Cracker - they are more of a British thing, you pull them with someone- each taking an end - and the "winner" is the one who's left with the middle section (which contains a small toy, a joke, and a paper crown).

It's a shame that ranked uses a handful of courses again and again when there's such rich pickings out there.
