- I've lost count of how many times I've prepared this dish, and I'm confident enough to claim that Vietnamese Grilled Pork Ribs are so mouthwatering that they can stand alone as a meal. Making it at home will be even more satisfying since you'll witness the ribs come out fresh, hot, and sizzling!
With just a handful of staple seasonings like salt, sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, and oyster sauce, ...you can whip up a scrumptious dinner for your family in no time. Plus, you'll earn some serious brownie points with the little ones thanks to this irresistible dish!
* Ingredients:
1 tsp of salt
2 tsp of sugar
1 tsp of pepper
1 Tbsp of condensed milk
1 Tbsp of chicken bouillon
1 Tbsp of oyster sauce
2 Tbsp of sweet soy sauce
1 Tbsp of soy sauce
1 Tbsp of fish sauce
1 ( or 2) Tbsp of sesame oil
2 Tbsp of chili paste
2-3 Tbsp of grind shallot and garlic ( 1-2 shallot and 3-4 cloves of garlic)
2 Eggs
2 Tbsp of tapioca starch ( or corn starch)
