Idk if it’s done that way where he lives but he’s smashing the heck out of egg and rice making the consistency way to grainy, eggs are not supposed to disappear in the egg fried rice… and yeah no seasoning..

the second place had it right....cook the shrimp THEN add it.....prevent the rice from tasting shrimpy but still enjoying the taste fo the shrimp in the rice.

I need a bigger badder kitchen with this stove ……!!! This looks like such a joy to cook amazing meals for friends have the right stuff to do this kind of cooking besides owning a restaurant 😂👍🏽
The deidcation to how long the fried Eggrise is roasted is amazing. Only downer are the Prawns. For my tasting the need to be fried with spices upfront to get them crispy. I dont like them like that because they gettin kind of jellyesk. But that is just my taste.
The best chinese food I've ever had was at a buffet(Not the average cheap buffet) in Mississauga,Ontario,Canada,On Dixie Road on the way to Toronto's Int Airport.Chinese Food Indian style buffet..Indian food is SUPERRR,Punjabi is the bomb to my liking.

Can someone explain why the egg is put in first which is the softest ingredients, and the prawn last which is the hardest ingredient? Surely the ingredients that takes longer should be put in first, and the egg last?
