You've gotta listen to this band more. This band can jam, in live performances they've played 3 minute songs for 20 minutes, teased other songs by putting its riff in a jam, and can flawlessly transition to other songs. Or so I've heard, I haven't seen them live. For a more chill jammy song, The River is great. I'd also love a reaction to Billabong Valley for a quieter lead vocal from Ambrose. Can't wait for more!
They can tease 4 songs in one 3 minute song jammed out to 20 minutes lol. I’ve seen them 6 times, 5 within the past week and a half or so.
Seen them live, can confirm. They managed to fit in loads from their previous albums into their "infest" tour. It was mega!

Man that was awesome, at the beginning it reminded me of Roxy Music, and then yeah, Pink Floyd and influences from all over the place. This was awesome, great reaction, appreciate ya!

Best band on earth. I discovered them through stumbling upon Robot Stop on YT early last year and I've been absolutely addicted ever since then. The amount of quality music of a wide variety of genres that they pump out is just insanity. I envy anyone who is going through the Gizz discography for the first time. So much magical music in their back catalog.
LOL I started in May of 2022. Got stuck on Willoughby, 12 Bar, Mind Fuzz, and LW. In the meantime they've released 5 or 10 albums since then. I can't catch up. A lot of their songs I've only heard live and lately I've been spending a lot of listening time on youtube live videos. For the last year-and-a-half pretty much all I've listened to is King gizzard & The Lizard wizard and I barely scratched the surface.
Like I said I'll never catch up but I'm having a great time trying.
I did the same thing with Ty Segall about five years ago when I discovered his music. I went back and listened to all 10 of his albums in the order they were released.
I laugh at comments by geezers on classic rock videos who think that today's music is crap.
Just being a fan of them gives us that process of constantly enjoying new albums. They put them out seemingly non stop. Been a fan since the beginning of 2018 after their 5-album year in 2017. Since then they've put out 12 full length albums. Insane.

I am convinced this is their best song and the best version of it. But I haven't even listened to 20% of their discography. They put out a lot of albums.
I do enjoy most of what I heard so far but this song to me does something special.
Check out Rattlesnake at the Salt Shed in June, 23. They opened the show with it and I've watched or listened to that video everyday at least once since that show. Blew my mind.
