I saw some footage about knife VS stick, but stick defenders got stabbed to died every time.
Because their sticks have not enough obstructive power.
Knife attackers easily blocked defenders attack with their another forearm and stabbed them.
Of course attackers injured too, but still he got away and victim died.
With the second technique, yes, the knifer can easily catch the sticker with the other hand, but not with the first technique. In the first technique, the sticker is too far from the other hand of the knifer.

I like it👍👍. Very, very few people, even those who carry knives, really know what they're doing. The most dangerous attack is sewing machine to the gut. A skilled knife man can quickly and assuredly change knife position in same hand, and then switch hands. You see a person being able to do that, keep that person AWAY from you.

What if he just punches you w the other hand once you gain control of the weapon ?
You made the assumption that the attacker would lead with the knife hand. You even had your oponent fully extend their knife hand.
But the attacker knows you have a stick.
They are going to attack your weapon with their free hand, and keep their knife hand close to their body.
The sticker has advantage, he can hit the knifer’s arms hard and violently and break the bones easily.
And what happens when he throws the knife in your face or stomach 😂😂😂?
It was all cool until you started to close the distance. That's kind of stupid against the knife
U gotta to have guts and not afraid of the knife in order to gain full control. Else run for your life or take a longer pole.
Jeremy Pollack ought to be wearing shoes because it is not fair that the knife wielder has an advantage of wearing shoes. Jeremy Pollack should be careful that the assailant does not stomp on his unprotected feet.
