Came from the Metatron video. I see no ads, so... the only thing YT gains from you is the fact that people know there is content for nearly everything, including yours. Find some monetisation for your content maybe outside the Google farm? Also... I hate this mod too... I understand what you see in it, it gives it a very unique look. Interesting look. (I mean hideous.) Techy. But the MP40 does not need to be techy. It should be archaic. Also seeing a sight, any sort of sight on it for me seem odd. I know some put sights on them, although I don't know if during its golden days anyone did it. Maybe this is just a personal thing. I did not know there are replicas. I appreciate you checking out my channel. I want to say I wouldn't ever disfigure an original MP40 or other original condition surplus firearm. But if it's already been modified, such as the K98k I put a red dot sight on, or like the GSG MP40 replica I don't have so many qualms about it. Aesthetically the sight really gives it a Call of Duty World at War vibes and functionally it's a wash as to how much it helps. The red dot on the K98k does improve it's functionality given someone at some point removed its sights. Again I really appreciate you checking out to see if there were ads as I really didn't have any idea before today. Thank you.
Hi There, I’m only a year late. My GSG MP40, 22L calibre, comes with a foot long silencer. Well, a foot long, plus or minus a few inches. Either way, it looks ridiculous. But, since the folding stock won’t fold, it’s considered a rifle, and requires a 16in barrel. - Regarding sac religious with an optic, I can only imagine what they would say about the dang-long fake silencer. Oh, I forgot to mention; the silly silencer is indeed fake. Maybe one day the gun rules will change and I can cut off the offensive piece of tubing. One can only hope.
Hopefully as I'd love to be able to add a folding stock to mine but it's not worth the hassle. I have considered putting a linear compensator on my GSG but only as I think it would add some novelty. I'm curious how does you .22 function with different ammunition?
