    You made the instructions very clear. I do wonder, should I the same in the corners?

    Thank you for this tutorial! I have to do the reverse single crochet stitch in the front loop only all around a portion of the afghan, the Casablanca afghan by Annie's, and I'm hhaving trouble figuring it out. After watching this tutorial, I think I'm ready to try it again.

    I'm making this beanie right now! I was just looking at how to complete it with the crab stitch, then I came across your channel. I have subscribed, thank you for this tutorial.

    Thank you for your video! As simple as the stitch is, I always find myself having to look it up to refresh my memory of it each and every time I want to do the stitch! It would be most helpful for me if you would do a video of exactly how you finish off your piece with the Crab stitch.
    One thing I like to do, using this stitch as a hat border, is to Crab stitch every other stitch. That softens the edge and gives it a different look as well. Thanks again and God bless!

    I love your tutorials. You make them so easy to follow! Ty for this one! I never know what kind of border to use and this one seems quite versatile! Do you by chance know where I can find an afghan made with the velvet blanket yarn with a heart in it? Im not good at designing! lol

    I just found this video, as I was looking for a tutorial on this stitch. It looks like you made the hat with two strands of yarn in two colors. Did you do the border in just one color with one yarn?

    Hi there, I have just come across your channel. Do you have a tutorial for the hat in this video? I love this hat and would love to make one similar. Thank you.

    I wish she would have done the entire outside boarder. I am having trouble with the sides of a zig zag blanket boarder. Going along the top and bottom of a piece is easy.

    So this was only an edge stitch? Did you just sc the hat? Do you remember what yarn you used for the hat?

    • @HeartHookHome
      @HeartHookHome  4 года назад +1

      That is mostly used for edging, but you can use it for other things. The hat itself is DC and it's the Master Beanie Pattern. Unfortunately, I do not recall what yarn was used.

    Can someone show how to reverse crochet in front loop only?

  • @PamelaOlson-w7o
    @PamelaOlson-w7o Год назад

    Crab Stitch and Reverse Single crochet are not the same stitch. You are demonstrating Crab Stitch only. Reverse Single Crochet is worked from the WS of work, and the loops on the hook are not twisted as in Crab Stitch.

    You didn’t show how to fasten off. I can do the crab, stitch but my ending doesn’t look neat

      I should have, I apologize for missing it. I use an invisible join method, similar to this, just in reverse. hearthookhome.com/make-invisible-join-crochet/
