I have 2x 100d + Fersnel lens + Barn doors, a 300c, Spotlight SE and Smallrig RA55, RA85 softbox and like all stuffs. All works fine... easy to use... and the Sidus link is also good option for controlling the lights.

You are right, I did say that. And the LS60x is still a great key light. I guess I should have explained that the Fresnel 2x, the spotlight SE, and the full color of the 150c make the 150c/300c even more versatile than the LS60x. But you are right, I should addressed that. Maybe I'll do a video on that. Especially now that the Storm 80c is coming out. Thanks for calling me out on that.

And thanks for mentioning the Storm 80c, I wasn‘t aware ot hat light. Combined with two Ace 25c (as hair/rim lights) the 80c might just be the light I need and want (instead of the LS 60s I planned on buying).

Hi Mark. Thanks for the coupon code! However I tried using it about 11:00 pm est on 12/31 to purchase the 150c (first time) and it would not work for me. I tested it a day earlier (no purchase) and it worked then. Did they shut it down an hour early? Can you possibly extend it? Thanks for all your great videos.
Ouch! That sucks. I told me that it would last at the end of the year, but they never told me what that meant. I was hoping it would go through the end of the sale, but apparently it is down now. My contact is not returning to work until Monday. So sorry.

Just bought a f21c can I use it as a key light?
It’s not going to be as soft as larger lights. However, it can’t be used for a key light. My advice is to get it as close you can to the subject without being in frame. I would also use it horizontally and not vertically. Best of luck.

There are some limitations. I set forth in the descriptions, the amount needs to be over $50. It only works in the US. And it only works once per customer. I just went online and it reduced the amount when I put the code in. The code is StoryBabble10.

Why get the 150c when the 200x is cheaper and brighter?
The 200x is a great light. I have two. But the 150c is full color and designed for use with the Fresnel 2x and the Spotlight SE. If you won’t use those then the 200x is better.
its not soley about brightness. modifiers lower exposure. some times you need more power. same goes for high stop shots.
