INGREDIENTS
1 cup All purpose flour
3 medium eggs
1/2 cup melted margarine
1/2 cup liquid milk
1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 teaspoon powdered red food color
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon flavour of choice.
Note: When add the flour gently fold in the flour in one direction until you get a smooth cake batter.
