Love these vlogs! But you now got me wondering, how do you determine how much you should weigh depending on your heigth for optimimal preformance?
I own the Edge meter, it’s given me more flawed readings than good ones. I moved to a Nova and it’s very reliable, much better strip design, you dip the tip into your blood droplet and it soaks it up perfectly.

You're gonna smash it! Wanted to ask a quick question. I have done 1 hyrox in pairs got 59 mins but noticed my running was the downfall. What would you suggest in terms of building up a strong km pace for the 8km? Do you do a mix of long distance for endurance and smaller quicker distances for speed? Any tips would be hugely appreciated as I want to be hitting 54/55 in pairs and eventually sub 1 hour solo.

Not sure if you are joking for the vid or not, but you are not 8%. And if you want to be 5% for some reason think on stage Mr Olympia lean, striated glutes, no energy, dehydrated and completely depleted...not conducive to athletic performance at all!
