The way you keep the dumbells back on floor instead of throwing down shows a discipline & respect in you towards everything.

I always do the same.. keep them back where they belong. never throw them on the floor
I throw them to the ground. Different is I don’t because I feel like it not for attention like most people.

We're used to see out there young "youtubers" athletes working out with two training partners + coach, both removing plates for him e stuff... And here we see Chris, 3x mister Olympia, working out by himself with a camera guy, no coach, no sparring, having to remove every plate every round with no complaints.

Chris is one of my fave pros. Nick walker and Chris. Chris is real deal. What you see is how he really is. Laid back and humble and very friendly with fans . So many smucks in ifbb. Chris stands out as a good guy above the rest forsure. I'm huge too like him only I have huge beer belly and not as Many ripples and striations on my body. None actually. I can say I used to lift. I still look like I lift. Damm I gotta get back to gym.

I just started gym 1 month ago and since i have a flat chest i would want to know if i should do low rep with heavy weights or high rep with low weights to built muscle and not strength?
Focus on your form, build your muscle connection from the ground up. & Do medium weight 10-12 reps. Make sure you find your one rep max so you can find that sweet spot for the weight , and you adjust as you get stronger
so he does 5 exercises 1 low rep moderate warm up for the feel and then 2 heavy working sets, with the last exercises having a double drop set. thats quite interesting.

Not quite enough volume for a natural. 2 working sets? Nah. But on the other hand, drop sets are invaluable.
Not to knock the GOAT. I WILL be doing this program on the next chest day but I’ll gas the volume.
Volume is person dependent. He did 10 total sets, if at the end of that someones chest fills obliterated, then that's enough volume. Rep range can be tweaked and this can work for anyone. I'm natty, I lift heavy all the time and then drop set on the last exercise. This can work. And besides, growing comes from the kitchen, especially of your natty

Thanks to watching these I've noticed, no lockouts just constant tension for excersises and its been very beneficial so far for every single workout I'm doing
What most people don't understand is that looking out is what actually kills your joints. It takes away the tension from the muscle you're actually working and put more stress on your joints.

Dosen't matter if you lock out or not you still get the same results not locking only let's you do more reps...we all know if you don't lock out it doesn't count 😆😆 remember we are living in a time were everyone wants to be a power lifter so locking out is a must!!

This is why the word ‘Heavy’ is subjective. I clicked this video thinking he was going 4-6 reps. Instead he’s going 10-12. The fitness industry should start defining ‘Heavy’ as Max RPE/ 0 RIR for whatever the rep ceiling is.

9:38 Sprinkling a little pink Himalayan sea salt is the best to add to your pre-workout / water especially in the summer. Like CBum said not a lot to where you can taste it but just a few sprinkles. Aside from ego lifting, majority of the times when ppl strain a muscle it is due to dehydration from sweating profusely.

Good deviation from traditional workout pattern starting with flat barbell bench press followed by incline bench dumbbell press & dumbell flyes then decline bench press

With dumbbells I prefer manageable weight dumbbells 50lbs - 75lbs dumbbells.Don’t believe anything over that will make a big difference in gains

Go lighter, and really really arch and think high chest. Don’t let your chest sink down as you push.
