Hi Chris, you helped me a lot during my journey in weightlifting. I started last year, I was fat (93Kg) but now I'm 81Kg. I do still have fat but not as much as it used to be. Plus I can lift heavy weights right now. Squats : 110Kg Bench press: 100Kg (I did it today) ............ Thanks a lot chris
150s under control, form didn't regress a bit, smooth full reps, thats whats impressive. This is probably the best guy to imitate in the gym. His form is impeccable, resulting in a champion physique but more importantly, not many injuries! And hes an awesome guy!

dunno. I am 33 y.o. 75 kg. have been going to gym for around 14 months. already do 90 3x10.. without any steroids and all that shit. just 3 days a week, just for fun.
It would be cool if you added an option in the app to make your own exercises routine additional to 5 listed ones. I train in my home gym and can only use dumbbels, barbell and ezbar. Then for example when I'm creating my routine I could select only groups of exercises that are available to me and based on that the app could suggest me something that I'm missing in my routine or could add to make my routine better.
