Wonderful, thank you! No chi-chi, fancy effects or overbearing music, just friendly good spirit and competence to share a great recipe at a perfect pace, with great technique and super tips! Best wishes from a new subscriber in Montreal, Canada! 💐
🥰🥰🥰🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦 wow these are amazing! I don’t have a beautiful round pan like you but I’m sure they will be just as good in a different shape. I also love your technique of rolling the cabbage. I am making some today and so glad I found your video. Thank you!
Well, I have just finished eating this delicious dish and yes I added the yogurt and the melted butter and chili flakes. I have eaten it before but i never made it myself so thank you so much for your recipe. It was very easy to make and delicious. Thank you and greetings from the Netherlands. 🙋🏽♀️👋🏾👋🏾👋🏾
London, Ontario, Canada. I am of Eastern Europe descent so I make the cabbage rolls I grew up with. I am obsessed with cabbage roll recipes from all over. I love your recipe and I love your kitchen.
I make these all the time now. I don't eat meat but substitute tvp in the recipe instead. The rolls turn out super delicious and flavourful even without the beef. The Turkish style addition of mint, cumin, sumac, and pepper paste really add so much flavour. Best cabbage rolls I've ever had. Thank you for sharing your recipe.
Thank you so much for another delicious recipe. It's really nostalgic listening to and watching you cook. It reminds me so much of my Hala and takes me right back to my childhood. Love your channel. Have been watching for quite some time now. I rely on your recipes to help me remember and prepare all the Turkish recipes I grew up with but have long forgotten since that side of the family has all passed on. Çok Yasa. Tanri sizi Kutsasin.
Hi Aysenur, the Maltese do cook cabbage rolls but I never took much notice or even tried the recipe, but watching you and seeing how easy and delicious it looks you have encouraged me! I simply love Turkish cuisine. God Bless your hands ❤️. Love and greetings 🌹👏👏🇲🇹
Aysenur, I’ve been making your cabbage rolls for awhile now, but I love the way you roll and arrange them in this recipe. It’s very easy to make it vegetarian by using just the rice and bulgur filling. If I’m making a meat free version, I add a bit more of each spice, and also use allspice. Thank you for such a perfect dish for cold, wet winter days.
Sarma dolma😊 We have in Romania too. And we call them ‘sarma’ too. I’ve never used garlic, but next time I’ll do👍🏻❤ Thank you for all your awesome recipes!!!
Mashallah Turkish cuisine is very unique and amazing thanks ayesha for giving easy recipe us mashallah looking like a wonderful and delicious 👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌👌😊
I am from Algeria and I love Turkish cooking very much. I tried this dish and the result was wonderful. I want you to know how to prepare stuffed spinach. Thank you very much for your efforts.
I love your recipes Aysenur! Will definitely try this one, so nice for a family meal or to bring to a party 🙂👍🏼! Saludos de un Italiana en México. 😎 🍕🌮
Ma'shaAllah tabarakallah. Her cooking looks as beautiful as she is. Will try it very soon. By the way i like thaylarge kind of colander to drain the water from the cabbage, may i know where can i purchase that please .i live in Canada.
You should use a smaller tray and put a lid on it, this could be another tray. Cook until the water boils and runs out. We place a heavy plate or a specially made stone on top of the cabbage or other "dolma" and "sarma" dishes to prevent it from falling apart while cooking.
Salam. Can this be frozen after cooking? I live alone these days and wouldnt be able to finish a tray of this before it spoiled, but I would really like to try making it.
Salam dear, I am sorry that I didnt see your messages earlier. I never tried but my mom did. She cooks it halfway or a bit more and freeze. When she takes it out she recook until done. Or you can rool in portions and freeze before cooking or baking to cook separately. Hope you enjoy!

If you are only using the oven, what temperature? Do you cover it for awhile? How long is baking time?
hello, at what temperature did you set the oven ? Grazie!
Mevkibae fav dish to cook and Can's (Jaan's)fav food to eat n just to eat n just to eat
Salam dear if i dont use oven then how i cook them on stove. Plz guide me

Just a question about sumac. Does it have to be added, or is there a substitute I can use?
It is optional, you don't have to
What kind of rice you use, basmati or jasmine or for risotto? Do you soak in water ?
Long grain any rice would work, jasmine would give different flavor so I wouldn’t recommend. No need to soak in water
ما شاء الله
The rice you use for the mixture it is cooked, right?.... my friend says it is not.. can you or someone clarify me in this? Thank you
Was the rice in the filling cooked or not ?

What type of rice do you use? Would it work with basmati? Also, what size bulgar?
Yes long grain rice would work basmati too. bulgur is coarse for making pilav
Yummm
Yum😊
Hi dear. What size pan are you using , round c height. Tu kindly
It is about 36cm but you can use depending on your cabbage size or pan size and add the rest to another pan
It would be good if you could list out the measurements of the ingredients below all your videos so that it is easy for us to follow your recipes.
Yes sure I'll add right now as I always do. Forgot this time looks like☺️
It seminar to Romanian sarmale ,but the difference is we use pickled cabbage ❤
¡QUÉ MARAVILLA DE DELICIAS Y MANJARES! Saludos y PAZ desde Puerto Rico 🇵🇷 🖖🏾
In Ukraine we served with a sour cream instead of yogurt. I like to add a dill.
Sour cream, I1m sure it would be delicious with it too
Que delicia, adoro repolho 👏👏🤗🤗
You are lovely 😊
👌👍😋😋😋🌹
