@@TFTyou’ll need pictures if each dish. You can start collecting photos now of each finished dish you make. If printing a nice cook book - coffee table book you can take photo with a setup & props in addition to the dish.

I make these all the time now. I don't eat meat but substitute tvp in the recipe instead. The rolls turn out super delicious and flavourful even without the beef. The Turkish style addition of mint, cumin, sumac, and pepper paste really add so much flavour. Best cabbage rolls I've ever had. Thank you for sharing your recipe.

Aysenur, I’ve been making your cabbage rolls for awhile now, but I love the way you roll and arrange them in this recipe. It’s very easy to make it vegetarian by using just the rice and bulgur filling. If I’m making a meat free version, I add a bit more of each spice, and also use allspice. Thank you for such a perfect dish for cold, wet winter days.

You should use a smaller tray and put a lid on it, this could be another tray. Cook until the water boils and runs out. We place a heavy plate or a specially made stone on top of the cabbage or other "dolma" and "sarma" dishes to prevent it from falling apart while cooking.
