Meenakshi bhavan was the most suggested food joint for us. We were longing to try this since we started this tour. Visited this place & fell in love with it, I must say. The food, the vibe & the service - all these are top notch. This restaurant has over 10000 reviews on Google & carries a 4 star rating.

It was better earlier, now lost it’s taste and cleanliness. Ordered food will take longer than expected. They dont care for customers. All headlong suppliers. Visited the place since 1988 at regular intervals have seen the quality deteriorating. Please don’t promote such restaurants, even the toilets were very shabby. 1994 95 there was garden restaurant in the front. Because of excessive greed , they sold of the front portions.
Still people shimoga people recommend it. Parking is also horrible if it rains.
