😍 As an Iranian I just discovered your channel for the first time through this video. Yall are cool to watch and listen to. I didn't realize you're Korean until you said it. I'm familiar with Korean culture and it was cool to watch someone from that culture, trying Persian food and talk about their Persian friend. Thank you so much for the amazing content. Btw! I agree with you about the Gheime Khoresht being so good!! that's my favorite food. But you didn't have to add somagh to the rice of Gheime Khoresht; that's not how we have it but next time I guess. 😂❤
I think it's not hummus, it's Haleem or Shole Mashhadi. and we eat Haleem as a breakfast or eat in the evening with sugar or salt (I think sugar is the best). [ Haleem in Iran : The original Haleem, which is different from this variety, is an ancient Iranian dish served with wheat, meat, cinnamon, and sugar that remains popular in Iran. ] ~~~ [ Shole Mashhadi is usually spicy and thick with an elastic appearance like Haleem but including different ingredients. The ingredients of Shole are beef and boneless lamb meat, tail fat, onion, Bulgur wheat, rice, white bean, pinto bean, peas, abundant spices such as nutmeg Hindi powder, ginger powder and cardamom powder, black pepper and salt; however, the main stuff of Haleem is wheat. ]

Ladies, that is not Humus but Halim. You should add some sugar and cinnemon to the Halim and eat it before you eat the rice and chicken kebab. You should also eat the Ash Reshteh before the main dishes (which are Gheymem and Chicken Kebab with Rice).
6:39 the white dish is not hummus darling it's a totally independent dish called "Haleam" it is usually served with extra extra sugar and some cinnamon and it doesn't need rice 🤗

Fun fact about iranian culture, as a persian we are so lawful when we eat food especially at family parties For example we use fork to shape the meal in our spoon it has to be the perfect shape for your mouth so you don't have to open your mouth really wide or you must take your spoon out of your mouth without any rice or khoresh drops out of it Or another thing it's rude to talk when you still have food in your mouth Or you can't leave the table when others are still eating We don't bite anything on fork we cut it the right bite size then eat it on fork Or making any asmr sounds while you eating is too rude It's not bad to be easy around your friends but this are kind of rules in families And you may like our sweet snacks like: noon khamei , nabaat ,sohan ,gaz, halva, bastani sonati (persian ice cream) , faloodeh shirazi, baghlava and pashmak (kind of cotton candy)
