The fact they know you’re making a video about it will just up their effort levels on presentation 😂 also it’s less yellow cos Eram uses less onion in the meat/onion ratio, most koobideh on these roads will mince the meat with onions and flavourings
As an Iranian, I can give you a guide to good Iranian cuisine. Whenever you go to an Iranian restaurant, ask and make sure they grill the kababs on charcoal. If that's not the case, walk out of there quickly. The Kabab Koobideh mustn't be yellow outside and inside of the kabab, and it shouldn't be extremely greasy, lastly, the chili sauce and the mayonnaise-based sauce aren't Iranian at all. The Turks started serving garlic and chili sauce to get more South Asian customers, and because of the low quality of their ingredients, a lot of condiments were needed to cover up the mediocre tastes of their kababs.
Theres more to persian food than a kebab and rice. I would suggest you find real authentic persian dishes to review, rather than something I could find anywhere. Its like saying me doing a "best indian food in London" and providing 1-2 dishes (all the same).
They all have huge menus, we couldn’t compare everything so we got the most standard/ common dish to compare! If you have any ideas as to other meals we could compare do suggest
@@gohalalorgohome Three places I would recommend in Ldn include : Tajrish Restaurant, Iran Restaurant and Mahdi. You must tryout some dishes like: ghormeh sabzi (meat stew), zereshk polo (chicken with rice), baghali polo (lamb shank, beans and rice) and khoresh bademjan (aubergine stew). (just my recommendations)
