Most Nigerians know how to cook. You guys are doing great, to cook plantain is very easy just buy you a ripe plantain slice/cut to desired shape after taking of the peel and fry thats all it should fry for 7mins at most on low heat
Look ! At this point, I think it's better we Nigerians Nationalise you beautiful ladies like for real cos you ladies are literally in love with NAIJA'S food which is a great joy to watch.
The first time I had egusi soup , it had stockfish, goat and bitterleaf and that is the best combination I think I like. But lately it doesn’t seem like stockfish is used as much.
I love watching your Nigerian food mukbangs, mostly all of your videos where you try snacks/meals from other countries. I would love to see another bangladeshi or indian food mukbang!! Mila also looks so adorable at the end, and when shay said she says "eomma" now i smiled, shes growing up so fast!
Cooking plantain is slicing a plantain into whatever thickness u like and shallow frying it on low on both sides till it has a nice golden brown. Add a pinch of salt for extra flavor contrast
Cooking plantain is quite easy, you just slice, add a pinch of salt and deep fry till it turns brown then you remove and place on a paper towel to drain the oil
Great video 👍👍👍. My parents, when they emigrated to the states, there was none of the yam powder for fufu. So like others before them, they improvised and used Farina. Which sucked. Couldn't get behind it. But the yam powder fufu is bonkers good. Jollof rice with plantain is the banger. And that Malt drink?💥💥💥
Yeah you guys are finally back 🎉 I would totally be interested by the family Chanel with cuite Mila and it has been soooooo long since you’ve ate Congolese food maybe next time but I hoped you had a nice time eating Nigerian food sending you all love and kisses ❤
I’m from Africa but have never ever had this😂😂 I’m afraid to buy from a restaurant that doesn’t make good egusi and jollof because I might have a hard time giving it a try.. Im a picky eater. I’m thinking it’s just best if I’m in Nigeria or a Nigerian recommends a good restaurant in Botswana or South Africa
As a Nigerian, that was a heavy combination that will send you to sleep. Eat swallow separately as a meal. Rice meal with plantain and red chicken stew also separately. But all is good and I am glad you enjoyed it despite adding so much spice on top. Thumbs up.
I feel like fufu is similar to nashima which is what they use in Zambia to eat with. Spent 6 weeks there a few years ago. Had to get used to it but in the end 🤤
Next try Moochi. It is Japanese FUFU. Like I said before all cultures food came from Africa as Africans populated the planet from Eden. Asians have kept their African roots more than most. Spice and all.
I think you can chew the pounded yam. I do cos it's basically yam. What i don't chew is fufu cos it's stale or sour. I swallow for the fill. We also put a little tomato stew on our soups. P.s: Yes, let us into your lives.
@@TRACYPATRICKS not really... it's deliberate. Many people like the jara stew with the jollof rice. In my house growing up, jollof rice was often accompanied by fried beef and chicken in fried stew... the thick type with oil and no water...it hits different. If you know.
Next is to learn how to cook it. There are many video tutorials and I guess in your city there MUST be an African store. You can buy the ingredients and make them yourselves. We have varieties of soups. Igbo, Yoruba, Hausa, Edo, Calabar soups. Hundreds of them even far delicious than egusi. I can also recommend
I seen people wet the fufu btw that looks sooo good I had to have a snack while watching this and i subscribed I love you vids and conversations with each other you guys get along so well me and my sister always fight❤ love you guys #chimisquad
Upload more video guys, we love to see you. Bring back the drive thru challenges too, Pakistani food, Carls jr, street food, Kfc, WE WANT ALL THESE MUKBANGSSS. Hope you read this
Why am I watching this in the middle of the night on an empty stomach?.
Same😅
I'm Nigerian and glad to see you eating our meal again
I love that you guys are so open to experiencing other cultures and respectful about it

The Spice you poured on is Yaji, a traditional spice mix you'll find on the dinner table of every northern Nigerian family.
I can't believe it, you finished the meal, and you leveled the mountains, kudos to you guys.
Mila is so adorable. You should start a vlog of your own as a family. It will be great. Also your sister, on how she's doing from time to time..
That red chilli powder is called Yaji spice mostly to eat suya.
But Its good with, or on anything.
Beautiful to watch you enjoy our Nigerian meals. Most Nigerians (male and female) can cook excellently; our mothers make sure of that.

Yeah I like putting a little bit of tomato stew in my egusi too. It's normal
Cooking plantain is quite easy, you just slice, add a pinch of salt and deep fry till it turns brown then you remove and place on a paper towel to drain the oil
This whole video was great!!!
“She looked like she knew what she was doing, she look like an auntie” 😂😂😂
The red powder is yaji😅 its dried peppers with spices that is made into a fine powder
Ahh Maltina … nice . Now I feel hungry with all that combo . Egusi forever ( in wakanda voice ) .
Great video 👍👍👍.
My parents, when they emigrated to the states, there was none of the yam powder for fufu. So like others before them, they improvised and used Farina. Which sucked. Couldn't get behind it. But the yam powder fufu is bonkers good.

Nigeria is the best 🥰🇳🇬thanks for eating our food
It's seasoned red chilli powder called 'yaji'
The stew is for plain white rice mainly but good with pounded yam too.
As a Nigerian, that was a heavy combination that will send you to sleep. Eat swallow separately as a meal. Rice meal with plantain and red chicken stew also separately. But all is good and I am glad you enjoyed it despite adding so much spice on top. Thumbs up.
am glad to see you guys enojing nigerian food.
you guys need to try puff puff and nigirian fried rice and grandut soup too and maybe some suya
Im so ready for the family content...YYYAAAAAYYYYY!!!!! SO EXCITED!!!!!!
The tomato stew is mostly for white rice. You could boil white rice and use it for the stew

Also it’s really not hard to make plantain!! You just get a frying pan, chop them up, get oil and yeah😭😭
You people has finally makes our food costs 😢we barely be able to buy food in Nigeria 🇳🇬 so expensive 🫰🫰

Nigerian food is amazing. Great vid.
I feel like fufu is similar to nashima which is what they use in Zambia to eat with. Spent 6 weeks there a few years ago. Had to get used to it but in the end 🤤
A lot of Nigerians do really know how to make food. It's rare not to know how because we barely have or buy from fast foods like Kfc or macdonalds
Barely have fast foods how nau
What part of Nigeria are you talking about ooo..lol
@@Barakat.O I mean like it's not an erday thing like how they do abroad. We love homemade food the best
You are right. typical Nigerian foods are homemade because we like to eat togther as a family. There is nothing like mother's home cooked meals.
@@henryokoye1014 yes you know the vibes 😂

Best reaction to Nigerian food I've seen 👏
I used to chew fufu but it's more satisfying to swallow it. That's actually why it's called "Swallow".
we will never forget you. every week I search you guys
I’m so happy to be a part of the family RUclips channel! #fighting
All Nigeria food are filling, especially the swallows. Try pounded yam also.
I feel like you guys should try efo riro
It's spicy vegetable soup that you can eat with fufu, rice or spaghetti❤
Really spicy tho
The food looks so good! Can’t wait for your new channels and more mukbangs!
We never really eat Jollof rice and stew together but I guess it's fine 😂
That is the original, it's just recently that it was eaten without red stew on top. It used to be the standard.
Many Yoruba people do.. especially at parties when people specifically ask for the chicken in stew rather than the dry chicken
@@moa5351 that's a different case nah

You girls should do like a bww or Applebee's episode 😋 or chili's
There’s not many restaurants because good ones use authentic ingredients which are not easily accessible unless you’re in the motherland.. I think..
Owa mila bby 🌸 she is so adorable 😊 sweetie like her mommy and aunty 😊
Its the bombastic side eye for me 😂
Should've chilled the malt, it tastes way better. Thats the best way to drink Nigerian maltina
