Whenever I'm sad, I always reassure myself, saying, “It’s ok. You’ll go home and watch a good Nigerian film.” My favorite Nigerian phrase I use unconsciously when I fail is “My enemies” or “My enemies have succeeded.” 😂🇺🇸

@@isychi7314I’m from a part of Nigeria called Delta state, specifically Warri, and we say it better by saying; “To Craze Easy, Na the Waka Dey Hard”, in plain English, we are saying, To go Mad/Crazy/Insane is easy, but it’s the Roaming and Trekking all over that’s hard. This is both a proverbial and funny quote in different contexts, to tell someone who wants to either make trouble, that, you might want to choose to make trouble with a Nigerian but can you see that trouble you’re trying to stir up with a Nigerian to the end and win? OR it can also mean, if a person is choosing to embark on a perilous or challenging journey or endeavour, it is easy to say you want to do something challenging, but the actual process of going through it is what is difficult and will test and break you OR it can simply be a joke to reference something trying to be stupid and act tough for no good reason😂😂😂

We're so dependent on crude and yet agriculture is such an important investment that we're missing out on.
If our people can be smarter then they'll use this Nigerian food craze to increase the farming volume (making food cheaper in the country) and increasing food importation without having to deplete national food reserve (thereby helping the economy)

The respect the whites have for Nigerians stems from the precolonial era and how the Edo people and their Oba dealt brutally with the Portuguese who first came to colonize the region and defeated them. Years later, the British came and were vehemently resisted by the same Benin Empire of the Edo people. Even though they narrowly conquered them, the white people have since taken caution about Nigeria and respect Nigerians. Even with our history proving that we have always been powerful people, Nigerians always strive to do their best in any given endeavor. Lastly Nigeria has not only embraced christianity as a way of life, but is fast becoming a revivalists Nation. God bless Nigeria! 🇳🇬
