Thanks, I'm getting a hero 12 black for Christmas and plan to make airsoft gameplay. This was pretty helpful. Although I plan to always housing it in a protective casing when playing, the issue of overheating is still prevalent. I would rather spend $25 now and a potential $99 later than have to fully replace at full price if something were to go wrong. Not to mention the 50% off the max mod lens 2.0 I've been eyeing. The auto upload to cloud feature also seems great, but I am curious as to whether or not it affects battery performance.

Thats not true about the $100 of next purchase i just check now as subscriber gopro 12 cost 349.99 and no subsciber cost 349.99 so where is the 100 of??
