Welcome to my series "Doing hard things together" Here we discuss our struggles in life that impact our day to day lives. We all have something we struggle with, often times it is multiple things. We usually struggle in silence. With this series I want to break the silence. I want to be vulnerable. I want to be raw and real with you. My goal is to get this series to a place where we have on special guest. I want to create a space where you can share your hard things, or I can share them anonymously. This is a safe place. A safe place to discuss, a safe place to pray and request prayer. A place to be seen and to be heard. My prayer is that this will be an inspiration to you. A place to where we can do hard things together. On today's episode we will discuss my struggle with addiction.

Thank you for your insight on various issues. I've personally experienced a long term migraine that lasted 29 days non stop 24/7 that culminated in a 22 hour severe nose bleed, that was in fact a stroke. Now I just have to give up the cigarettes.
