    I liked this! I'm Norwegian and Ming clearly has a different perspective of how to use cod than we commonly do here. Gunnar has a bit of a neo-traditional twist on the food with focus on the ingredients and their origin, while Ming went for a completely different route than most Norwegians would consider with spices and tempura. I like that contrast a lot, nice video 😄

    this ming are taking a lot of the oxygen and you can tell that the norweigen chef finds it a little bit hard to cope with
