- During the 2017 Large Car Magazine truck show Scott Malicoat and Francis Robertson of F&B Contractors (Bedford, VA) took the companies daycab out for a spin.
The truck is a 1989 Peterbilt 379 / 425 CAT / 18 speed / 240in wheelbase. They share what it took to bring this truck back to life and what it is used for.

Hi Chris, if I may comment... You should have asked for their opinion regarding "Google Maps" vs. "Map Quest".
After being in the industry as long as I've been in it. ELDs are more safer and more efficient logging system than paper logs. It's sad but true.

Love the truck. Not a fan of the 359 headlights but I seem to be the only one lol
heavydiezel I don’t like them when on the new style trucks like the 389. Rather have the square or double square lights.
Robin Crawford III yeah the new style headlights are mint. My fav is the big single though I can’t seem to get into the double though
