If someone has PTSD (post traumatic) issues will react if people try to touch, etc them. Realize that some people grew up with physical, sexual and emotional abuses and some who were in the military also suffer from PTSD. Always ask a person if you can touch them. Personal experience. From a veteran.

And sometimes the thing we think is our “mountain” is actually a blessing that the Lord wants us to embrace for any good it brings. It’s our perspective that the Lord wants us to align with His perfect will. “A thorn in our side” or a “mountain”…can be counted a blessing.

The interpretation is in the passage itself, in the full context of the passage. In other words, in the part the preacher skipped right over.
Jesus spoke to the "mountain" in faith and made it move when He chased the money changers out of the temple.
The land of Israel had become populated by fake Israelites, claiming to be of Judea, but were not of of Judea (Jews). Jesus told them this over and over again to their faces, which is why they hated Him and wanted to kill Him.
Most of the true Israelites had scattered by the time Jesus walked those roads in Jerusalem and other parts of the land. That's why He referred to them as the "lost sheep."
The Edomites, mixed with Caananite blood, were the "mountain" that taken the land and were the religious order of the day. In prophecy, "mountains" more than often refer to nationalities. "Trees" refer to types of races of nationalities or people within the nationality. The "leaves" or the "fruit" represents what they produce when they respond to God's Torah.
The fig tree always has, and always will through the Millennial reign and forever after Jesus returns to establish His kingdom on Earth, been/will be the symbol of the true people of Israel. Not for those who say they are but are of the Synagogue of Satan.
The fig tree out of season not producing fruit was symbolic of the fake Jews/the Synagogue of Satan, who had taken over the religious order of Jesus' day and polluted the Temple with their false teaching and money changing. They were not producing the true fruit of the Father because they were following the Talmud, man made traditions, not the Torah. The Torah results in good fruit.
When Jesus drove them out of the Temple, He was driving that "mountain", that nationality, out of the House of God.
But too many churches do not want to preach this in context becuase that means the fake nation they worship and pretend was established in 1948 by using out of context prophecies isn't what they made it out to be.

I've never felt comfortable when UPCI preachers made the congregation feel guilty if they didn't respond to their preaching. In MY opinion, it's completely unnecessary. Could you see Jesus or the Apostles saying things like, now that was some good preaching or, I'll throw that in for free,?whether or not you want to agree is up to you....? Nope. 😂
Keep up the wonderful work you two! I look forward to your ministry every week! Blessings!

      You are always so encouraging!
Thank you 😔❤️ it means so much to us.
Perfect examples of sermon rhetoric that condemns the listener and exalts the preacher, ugh! THIS IS NOT PREACHING! Wish we could scream it from the “mountains”! Haha!

I would much rather listen to a person speaking clearly and not shouting trying to 'stir up the spirit', which is nothing more than manipulation.

And when you carefully listen to what they are saying while not getting caught up in the emotional shouting and hype, you find most of the time, they are preaching false doctrine.

The rough thing is that they don’t give you much time to listen AND discern. You have to fast with these guys, otherwise, as you said, you just fall right into the category of ‘amen, preach it!’ without even thinking about it 😞

Anytime a preacher says "I think or believe " it's their opinion and not necessarily what the Scriptures actually say.

One point I never seen anyone make... These preachers always make people stand to read their scripture out of context.
Which I am fairly certain is a practice not found in Acts

  • @lindawest4580

The gifts of the Spirit listed in 1 Corinthians 13 are still available for today including speaking in tongues. There's a prayer language specific for each believer and one that's for the church which must have interpretation by the person giving it or another. The spirit of each believer should know if the interpretation is from GOD or not (does it follow scripture). We're each responsible to know the Scriptures. Taking Scriptures out of context is wrong.

Why do all these apostolic preachers sound so much alike??? Yes, I do think they learn to speak like this in Bible college.

I don’t see the issue in skipping scripture in the opening of the message? Jesus specifically would quote sections of scrolls in his sermons and not read the entirety of the book…
Im not saying it’s not a tradition that can be in place, but actually you saying he “should “ or “definitely “ read the entire passage of scripture as a whole might be more damaging than the tradition itself…

    Deuteronomy 4:2
Ye shall not add unto the word which I command you, neither shall ye diminish ought from it, that ye may keep the commandments of the Lord your God which I command you.
    Revelation 22:18-19
For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book: And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.
They sin and revel in it as well. It's all pretty satanic. And it used to annoy me as well that they would tell us to touch other people and be touched without any permission which is socially inappropriate and very cringy.

    • @justinandtiffany
      @justinandtiffany  2 месяца назад

We never liked being touched either, it’s pretty bad taste once you can see it from the other side. Thank you for these biblical reminders. We are NOT to add to Scripture!
