I recently started taking the vanilla one and I’ve noticed that it makes me super sleepy afterwards.. I guess maybe because I feel so full after? Update: I tried making the shake with water instead of oat/almond milk and that definitely solved the issue. It’s now more of a milky consistency and so much easier to finish within the day, no fatigue, no bloated feeling :)

Hello. You’ll need to go to a certified nutritionist to draft for you a meal program which will put you at a caloric surplus in order for you to gain weight. Weight lifting would be essential too. Protein helps repair and recover damaged muscle tissue, it’s just like chicken or beef. There’s nothing magical about it really 😅

I've used this supplement before for protein and it did not agree with my stomach. It tasted awful on top of that. No matter which way i would prepare with water or milk, it hurt my stomach. Be careful guys.
I found this was the only one that didn't make my stomach hurt - literally all the rest did. I mix it with coconut milk, bananas and oats and lots of nutmeg. It helps the taste lol
You can still build muscle while losing weight if you’re weight lifting and doing your HIIT cardio and focusing on your nutrition. There’s no point to lose fat mass only to gain it back with the mass gainer.

Yes, I also read through the comments. I’m trying to gain weight without working out because I feel quite insecure of the weight I’m currently at (119lbs). Hello. No it isn’t, it’s just like eating too much chicken or beef or fish, your body gets rid of the extra protein it doesn’t need. Also if you want to gain mass (muscle) it would be best if you were lifting in order to trigger muscle growth & eat well then supplement with protein if you aren’t meeting your daily macros. Protein shakes aren’t magic, you won’t grow muscle just by drinking them - you need to train hard and factor in all the other elements that aid in your muscle growth alongside a proper nutrition first even before getting a supplement to cover up for what you’re not getting in your meals. Just to add onto the discussion... If you take a protein shake without working out, you notice tremors on parts of your body - at least I did, on the bicep. Google says those tremors are a result of overworking a particular muscle, so I think my body responded the same way to the whey protein when I didn't work out. On days when I worked out, I got no such reaction.
That’s interesting. I guess everyone’s experience is different. However I guess the muscle tremors / cramps are also an indicator that you are low on magnesium, so get MG supplements or epsom salt to counter the effect. Taking WHEY without training is no different from drinking milk without going to the gym. WHEY protein is primarily gotten from dairy, the muscle tremors are because of your low magnesium babe. 😄
Mmmhhh.. makes sense because when I started, I wasn't very keen on my nutrition. I have upped my game over the one year (or so) and I no longer get the tremors. Though I'm not supplementing at the moment. Thanks.
As I’ve stated in the video, if you take it without working out you’re going to gain fat. If you take it while weight lifting you’re going to gain lean muscle. It’s just the same thing as eating more food than usual and not training, you gain fat.

Hello! Yes you should come off it gradually. When you see that it’s almost finished, start decreasing your scoop levels until you finish off with 1/4 scoop intake.

There are 1250 calories in one SERVING, NOT one SCOOP. the serving size is 2 scoops, so each scoop has 625 calories.

I gained 5 pounds in 1 week off this.. It do have you feeling bloated for the first 5 minutes after taking the shake .
Mostly water weight and body fat, not muscle. Same thing that happens when you over eat.

Yes, I also read through the comments. I’m trying to gain weight without working out because I feel quite insecure of the weight I’m currently at (119lbs). I had did some research that if I don’t work out when taking this supplement I would be damaging my kidney and liver but after reading through you replies to other comments I feel less worried. Is it harmful to consume 50 grams of protein without exercise or lifting? Im making 1 scoop and half shake each day without any exercise because im weighing 41 and i need to gain more, but im worried that too much protein is harmful for my tiny body ):
Hello. No it isn’t, it’s just like eating too much chicken or beef or fish, your body gets rid of the extra protein it doesn’t need. Also if you want to gain mass (muscle) it would be best if you were lifting in order to trigger muscle growth & eat well then supplement with protein if you aren’t meeting your daily macros. Protein shakes aren’t magic, you won’t grow muscle just by drinking them - you need to train hard and factor in all the other elements that aid in your muscle growth alongside a proper nutrition first even before getting a supplement to cover up for what you’re not getting in your meals. Just to add onto the discussion... If you take a protein shake without working out, you notice tremors on parts of your body - at least I did, on the bicep. Google says those tremors are a result of overworking a particular muscle, so I think my body responded the same way to the whey protein when I didn't work out. On days when I worked out, I got no such reaction.
That’s interesting. I guess everyone’s experience is different. However I guess the muscle tremors / cramps are also an indicator that you are low on magnesium, so get MG supplements or epsom salt to counter the effect.
Taking WHEY without training is no different from drinking milk without going to the gym. WHEY protein is primarily gotten from dairy, the muscle tremors are because of your low magnesium babe. 😄
Mmmhhh.. makes sense because when I started, I wasn't very keen on my nutrition. I have upped my game over the one year (or so) and I no longer get the tremors. Though I'm not supplementing at the moment. Thanks.

As I’ve stated in the video, if you take it without working out you’re going to gain fat. If you take it while weight lifting you’re going to gain lean muscle. It’s just the same thing as eating more food than usual and not training, you gain fat.
Yes. I used this and gained 20lbs but without working out I also got a gut and fat arms along with it. Don't do it if you're not hitting the gym.

You can simply achieve the same result via eating at a caloric surplus through your actual food
If you start by taking one scoop in a shake in the morning and one in the evening it helps, instead of taking the whole 1,250 calories at once.
@@katelynjimenez4835 A use it this way as well, either that or I'll put both scoops in and just drink it over the course of the day I also mix it with creatine because I'm consuming a lot of water while drinking these, got to say the chocolate flavour is quite overwhelming tho 😅 🙃

Yes you should come off it gradually. When you see that it’s almost finished, start decreasing your scoop levels until you finish off with 1/4 scoop intake.

Yes I gained a lot of weight because the carbs were high. WHEY protein is the one with more protein than carbs. I’m gonna post a review on that as well.
If I was lifting alone without the supplement it would take a longer time for sure. But now I’m cutting, the fat isn’t healthy in as much as it looks “attractive”.

No. I’ve spoken about this several times, if you’re gaining weight it’s gonna be full body. Same to losing weight. It’s gonna be full body. You cannot spot gain or spot reduce.
