I used to hate my hip dips, the social media and those twisted beauty standards brainwashed me so deeply. But with times I learn to love my body just the way it is, now I find it extremely at ease seeing my hip disps and I even adore it🥰So natural and confident💞💞your last hip dips vid helped me a lot in uncovering science behind it, thank u!
I didn't even know this had a name until I looked up hip exercises this morning. My hip dip is so pronounced it's obvious through everything I wear and I'm only 20 pounds overweight. It was making me crazy! Very happy I found your channel and I'm feeling much better about my hips, my choice of clothing and my swimsuits now! Bring on the summer!
Thank you! I have been struggling with body dysmorphia so this video was really helpful. I love the gym, I love the way exercising makes me feel and look - but I still struggle with my appearance and self image at times.
Yup. As said in the video, there’s no problem having aesthetics as your number one goal, but it can’t be the only reason you’re exercising. That often leads to stalling.
Depends, but most likely. Just like abs don’t stay forever, you have to keep being fit to get the results. But hey if you want it really badly, you’ll do it.

It happens even to the best of us, you’re not alone 🤎 bad body image days are inevitable, no matter how your body looks like!
Unfortunately, having aesthetics as a primary goal is individuals tend to stop exercising....
Great video Mitchell...

I'd never heard of this one. It's something I could have used because I'm shaped like a man!😅
Differences in hip shape can heavily influence how the appearance of “hip dips” come about. Even with narrow hips, you’re still shaped like a woman 💖
So you mean those hips and butts that are grown by workouts don't stay for long?
