Hello Rebecca, this was a beautiful episode. I am a new fan and you got me here through your video called Connect Your Toes To Bar. It was very insightful and funny at the same time. I have to admit, it got me hooked to your channel. You know your stuff very well and it shows! Keep up the great work! I am a personal trainer in the gym in Slovakia (Europe) and this channel has been informative and motivated me to use rings more, so I can explore even more in this field.
Other than that, I get it that sometimes your hard work won't be appreciated as it should be, due to referees or some dumb reasons they'll make at the competition, but hey it's sport and sometimes these things simply happen. You should NOT be discouraged, you should motivated to do even better to show, that you can always make a difference. I always say to myself, that I always can do better and before I would be pointing fingers, I rather find a way to become the better version of myself. And ofcourse sometimes it's good move to point the finger so they get called out and they are forced to change some things, but as a bodybuilding fan I see this happen all the freaking time, especially since bodybuilding is very subjective sport and it should not be imo.
I digress little bit, but yeah the burnouts can be a real pain. That is why I decided to make each day very diverse, because I can't be in the gym the whole day or do anything the whole day for that matter. So, yes just like you said, it is impossible to do one thing only and not get burnouts to any degree.
I don't wanna make this comment very long, but I wish you only the best and if you would need any help with editing videos, I can send you my work and you can tell me whether it is suitable for you. I've been editing videos for couple of years now, so I think I could help you, if you would need that. If not, still I am glad to be in your fanbase and be informed about a field I usually did not care that much. I am usually doing yoga, cycling or doing heavy lifting, since I'd like to take care of my health holistically and this content helps me to explore and deep dive even more.
    Massive thank you! ❤
