The subtly different ways Elon and Jeff discuss doing something that matters too you actually tell a very long story about the difference between a brilliant inventor, innovator and engineer, and a very good businessman…the intentions can be inferred from the goal, and Jeffs goal is to maximise the output from his employees for the good of the company, even if that means making work a nicer place. no inferal is needed to understand Elon’s intentions…his intentions are to achieve the goal by any means necessary. And he offers financial reward to anyone that can effectively help him reach that achievement. That’s it.
Before the video began, I said aloud, "If I had work that I felt was worthwhile, my work would be my life, and my life would be my work." And then Bezos said the same thing. He always does. Bezos For President. 👍
I remember when I first watched this and I was still stuck at work at Amazon at 1am... He's right but it's not as easy as he thinks for everyone to reach that goal.
Dr Evil is over here giving advice about how to work more, basically, by not separating your work life from your home life. Maybe he should teach how to lobby politicians to create policies that shut down mom and pop shops, and only allow products to be purchased online. Maybe a pandemic. 🤔

Yes work-life balance is Indeed deteriorating for amazon, because then employees can't be exploited 12 hours a day in the office. Having balance is against the company's strategy
So if you pull 70 hour shifts delivering for amazon or you have to pee while working in a storehouse and can't because you are not allowed, that pumps you up for going home. Yeah, yeah I can see that.
As a truck driver, I can honestly tell you that almost every driving job that takes you to federal maximum hours (70 is an 8 day workweek) you're going to be doing business in your truck. It is the nature of trucking. Amazon is just new to it and high profile so the masses are just now waking up to this reality. This is one of the reasons I no longer drive and one of the reasons there is a trucker shortage.

That is true, you need an expert trader to make good profit from forex/cryptocurrency trade..
@Ibrahim darma How can someone know a professional trader that is trustworthy when legit ones are hard to find this days?
Is this not the same Mrs PEGGY S. WILSON, my colleagues are talking about, she must be a perfect expert for people to talk this good about her
To explain work/life balance- sometimes you give, sometimes you take- easy
So insightful! Thank you Jeff!
😆
I like how he says it's not a balance, it's actually a circle, when clearly describing a balance.
Sounds like a way to rationalise being at the office all the time…
Azzholez don't change when they walk thru the doorway!
Truth he said. Energy is speking without Words.
You can always be full of energy when you have billions to sleep on.
I remember when I first watched this and I was still stuck at work at Amazon at 1am... He's right but it's not as easy as he thinks for everyone to reach that goal.
Translation: please dedicate your entire life to earning profits for me.
Dr Evil is over here giving advice about how to work more, basically, by not separating your work life from your home life. Maybe he should teach how to lobby politicians to create policies that shut down mom and pop shops, and only allow products to be purchased online. Maybe a pandemic. 🤔
The Boss teaching his minions the circle of life.
I'm sure the minions appreciate this more if he Pay the same salary so they can be just like him
Those Amazon warehouse workers are incredibly fortunate
He must not talk to his Amazon warehouse employees.
The guys eyes move independently from each other when he turns his head 😂😂
He looks like a evil person though.,..but hey we can't judge a book by it's cover 😂
I mow lawns for a living, I love my job, AI will not replace me.
@@icebearsss2528 what is your logic? If you work at the bottom, you can be treated as trash.
@@icebearsss2528 can I ask did you work in your live?
i honestly think it depends what you want out of life. for entrepreneurs, work life balance is hard because we’re always working, and that’s fine. for other people who want to work and enjoy their life doing other stuff, then that’s fine. i don’t know why topics like this are such a big deal
Ball shit!
Basically its about having positive energy all day.
He has been able to relate to a normal everyday human being in years. If you live in the clouds long enough you'll start to believe you and the people you like are rare and right about everything and you can't understand why everyone doesn't know and believe what you do as the truth.
Easier to have energy when you’re a billionaire rather than trying to live on minimum wage year after year.
It's true. Thank you Mr. Bezos. God Bless!
I agree 100% .. I work better when I feel better
❤ working with people you like, vibe with, respectful, like a ‘family’ ultimate dream ‘job’ although to me ‘job’ meaning can vary
💯 double FaX‼️elevate
Amazon is NOT about your lazy hippie catchphrase forget it a “work-life balance” of any type; rather, it IS indeed a circle…
“Your ‘Life’ will revolve around work!” Be it Amazon, Blue Origin, Whole Post or Washington Foods, etc…
Yes work-life balance is Indeed deteriorating for amazon, because then employees can't be exploited 12 hours a day in the office. Having balance is against the company's strategy
Wow! I left Amazon in April and all he cares about is quality and production. Safety is third. And employee health is not even addressed.
Can I please work with Jeff....you are the Boss I have been waiting for all my life. 😁
This is what a person who is never told "no" sounds like.
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. That’s pretty funny coming from him. I’m happy whether I’m home or work but my family needs my care even more than my work.
And that’s why we need profit sharing and not salaries
Nothing like a good dose of toxic positivity to brighten your day.
He's absolutely right it's synergy
My Energy tends to Boost others and they start to look like the flash
In Life. We have constant approach of People. In home and in office. In reality our responsible role deals with others satisfaction. The more we draw the line in both platforms for our consistent home and office people to interact in second platform. More we kept focus to deal with our Responsibilities.
😊 Jeff and his smiling eyes always spark my interest .. Great words .. 🎉
It includes PEOPLE as well, to bring PEACE and LOVE in Common Nightingale and Brown Bear.
I would also be happy if I earn a crap load of money every time I'm at work.
Youre a manager Jeff....your employees make the value. They deserve the profit.
The reality speaks more than your words, Mr. BEZOS.
Honestly, this is amazing advice.
All the people who can’t help but say something negative instead of taking a tip from the richest man in the world, are the exact same energy sucking people he’s talking about.
Bezos - you are giving such good advice - do walk the talk, man.
How can Amazon workers be happy at work? You know your workers are treated liked slaves…
