So tired of this shit. I pick at a 180% rate and I can still go to the bathroom. The problem is that 90% of Amazon employees are incredibly entitled and lazy. The minimum pick percent before intervention (a lead will speak to you about what's holding you back) is 90%. That's roughly 300 items every break. Over 86% of all the pickers in the building are UNDER that minimum. Seems unimportant but when a dog shit employee gets called out for being a piece of shit the number one excuse is "oh, I had to go to the bathroom." It's a joke to think I'm 2022 people would actually get in trouble for going to the bathroom. When you have over 2 hours of downtime every ten hour shift and you just say I had to go to the bathroom I mean....cmon.
They make you sign papers stating you can perform the duties you're signing up for. You know you'll have to walk all night so why do so many people incapable get jobs there and then complain. God I hate being alive when 6% of people have good work ethic.

The examples you provided are relevant, and I personally benefited from the market crisis, as I embrace challenging times while others tend to avoid them. Well, at least my advisor does too, jokingly.

Investors should exercise caution with their exposure and exercise caution when considering new investments, particularly during periods of inflation. It is advisable to seek guidance from a professional or trusted advisor in order to navigate this recession and achieve potential high yields.

Through closely monitoring the performance of my portfolio, I have witnessed a remarkable growth of $485k in just the past two quarters. This experience has shed light on why experienced traders are able to generate substantial returns even in lesser-known markets. It is safe to say that this bold decision has been one of the most impactful choices I have made recently.

All these comments saying, “then work somewhere else”, “you’re paid what you’re worth”, can thank the labor movement for companies actually paying a decent wage in the first place (also for safety in the workplace and a 40 hour work week to begin with).
The companies didn’t do those things because of the “free market” or their kindness. They did those things because people stood up for themselves and demanded better conditions. So the workers need to stand up again because conditions have been deteriorating for far too long.

I've had the pleasure of working in an Amazon facility. The problem is not the workload, the problem is the other employees who dont give a shit and how the company deals with it. If you stand out as a hard worker they will reward you by dumping the undone work of less hard working employees on you instead of rewarding you for actually doing your job

The subtly different ways Elon and Jeff discuss doing something that matters too you actually tell a very long story about the difference between a brilliant inventor, innovator and engineer, and a very good businessman…the intentions can be inferred from the goal, and Jeffs goal is to maximise the output from his employees for the good of the company, even if that means making work a nicer place. no inferal is needed to understand Elon’s intentions…his intentions are to achieve the goal by any means necessary. And he offers financial reward to anyone that can effectively help him reach that achievement. That’s it.

As a truck driver, I can honestly tell you that almost every driving job that takes you to federal maximum hours (70 is an 8 day workweek) you're going to be doing business in your truck. It is the nature of trucking. Amazon is just new to it and high profile so the masses are just now waking up to this reality. This is one of the reasons I no longer drive and one of the reasons there is a trucker shortage.
