They then became lifelong friends and Sasaki remained involved in Masa's Softbank founding, especially with the example of providing a loan to Masa including Sasaki's retirement money and house as collateral. I've come to realize that the key to amassing wealth lies in making sound investments. I purchased my first home at the age of 21 for $87,000 and sold it for $197,000. My second home, acquired for $170,000, was later sold for $320,000, and my third property, purchased at $300,000, fetched $589,000, with buyers covering all closing costs and expenses. Not reaching a million before retirement feels like an unfulfilled goal.

      -Cannot agree with you more!!
I simply adore Japan as a country, as a culture and the values for which it stands and of course its virtuous citizens! Japans inhabitants are among if not the most mannered people in the world. Not only that, but they’re aware of this and pride themselves cuz of it, and I absolutely applaud them all for backing it up as well! I’ve visited Tokyo in 2017 for a month, and I’ve gotten some experience in witnessing how people treat each other there in public, and in private!! They are very polite, respectful and they do not accept bribes or tips in restaurants or lounges lol!! Tipping over there is considered an act of pity or dishonor so I’ve heard. I’ve also encountered a Japanese family back home in the states where I’m from, this being NYC baby, and they behave the same exact way here. It’s unbelievable!! It’s totally admirable to witness such devotion to ones character and development. You can clearly see it out in the open when in the presence of a Japanese family or an individual. Just pay attention and know what you’re looking for, and you will definitely see it! Cheers!!!
