30 mins rowing intervals; 40 mins arms and shoulders pyramids, and finished off with this 15 mins EMOM! 16kg throughout and it was a BLAST!!! Plank is definitely a fav of mine! Thank you for another great session!! 👍🏼🔥💪🏼

Another one complete this morning, I used 12kg. Really enjoyed it and I love this series, thanks Pavel - it's great the sessions are short so I can combine them with other stuff to make up my usual 45 minute routine. I did this alongside a CrossFit HIIT no equipment workout today and as usual did 10 minutes of yoga as a cool down. Yesterday I did your Tabata routine then bodyweight abs. It's awesome, loving it 🙂

Kb used 10kg But….sad to say i did focused with left and right😂..i didnt spare a minute on my plank..i forgot,,,againnnnnn😥) so i make again a penalty😂😂at the end of this session..guess what????? 3min.elbow plank💪 (I wanna give up the last minute so,what i did 30’s right and 30’s left sideplank😊!!! Enjoy isn't the profanity I remember using during that workout. Definitely feel weaker in my right side due to a rotator cuff injury but kept with the 20kg. 5 minutes if planks is no joke
