    I did the whole thing with 24kg competition bell. That said on the last left swing I lost my grip (on the up swing). Afterwards chalked up, went back and did 3 more minutes. Need to work on grip strength…

      Well done Chris. Going through workouts nicely. That's fine to adjust and have rest when needed, im sure you still had decent workout by the end of it. 16kg is Good weight my friend

    Run on the spot
    Anna Junghans overhead mobility and thoracic drills 15 min.
    20 kb
    I increased this EMOM to 24 minutes because it was my one main workout at this session.
    Rest 2 min.
    3 sets.
    Calves raises on step each leg 12 reps bell 12kg.
    Streching.

    30 mins rowing intervals; 40 mins arms and shoulders pyramids, and finished off with this 15 mins EMOM! 16kg throughout and it was a BLAST!!! Plank is definitely a fav of mine! Thank you for another great session!! 👍🏼🔥💪🏼

    Another one complete this morning, I used 12kg. Really enjoyed it and I love this series, thanks Pavel - it's great the sessions are short so I can combine them with other stuff to make up my usual 45 minute routine. I did this alongside a CrossFit HIIT no equipment workout today and as usual did 10 minutes of yoga as a cool down. Yesterday I did your Tabata routine then bodyweight abs. It's awesome, loving it 🙂

    Hi Pavel, I found your channel and subscribe. I'm from Ventura, CA I really like your KB complexes workout. I completed workout this morning for KB 20 lbs. which is good choice for now. Perhaps once I get stronger I can use my KB 25 lbs. I only owned 20 & 25 lbs each for now. Great EMOM. Thank you

    Yay! For the 2nd time!
    Kb used 10kg
    But….sad to say i did focused with left and right😂..i didnt spare a minute on my plank..i forgot,,,againnnnnn😥) so i make again a penalty😂😂at the end of this session..guess what?????

    (I wanna give up the last minute so,what i did 30’s right and 30’s left sideplank😊!!!

    Enjoy isn't the profanity I remember using during that workout. Definitely feel weaker in my right side due to a rotator cuff injury but kept with the 20kg.
    5 minutes if planks is no joke

      @@PavelKrotovFit it was great a bit to fast for my but definitely challenging, I used 20kg which is definitely a bit more difficult than 16kg which I used mainly for warm-up.
