- This strength and endurance kettlebell and bodyweight workout, can be done at home or the gym. Great way to burn fat and build muscle. Kettlebells are incredibly versatile, and can be used for anything from building strength to improving cardio health. In this easy-to-follow workout, I will take you through some of the most effective kettlebell and bodyweight exercises and help you get the most out of your session.
👉🏼 Duration: 20 min
👉🏼 Warm up: 5-10 minutes before you start this workout • 6 MINUTE WARM UP KETTL...
👉🏼 Intensity: HIIT / 40 sec ON / 20 sec OFF
👉🏼 Equipment: Kettlebell (I'm using 24kg Kettlebell, please adjust the weight to your fitness level)

Very good exercise in a bucolic setting. 20' warm-up on treadmill, 20' KB 16kg workout, 20' running on treadmill. My day is done. Thank you for your vids.

That looks an absolute killer of a session. I'd struggle to complete it unless I went with a very light Kettlebell. I think I'll skip this one out Pavel. 😁
Test it with lighter weight and see how you get on. Always can go for shorter work time (30sec ON and 30 sec OFF)
Loving these workouts Pavel,they keep us "fresh" and surprises us with each movement.The sweat level is great and demands on our strength are surprising, we thought we were reasonably fit,another good surprise.Keep them coming sir.

Павел привет,давно не заглядывал,бодряковый комплекс,особенно понравилась связка ,тяга к поясу+мертвый рывок.Думаю в воскресение обкатаю его,но с 28 кг,что бы неверняка)))

@@PavelKrotovFit Павел привет,как и говорил сегодня тянул твой комплекс,зашло как по маслу, причем он был не первый ,а второй,первым делали комплекс из рывков, четыре подхода по 7,6,5,4 мин за минуту делали 20-18 раз ,отдых 3мин,гиря 24,.Думал после него твой с 28 будет тяжко,но нет, дышали часто,громко ,эротично и дотянули,как говорит коллега по залу ,благородная усталость.Благодард за комплекс,😉

amazing workout i'm sweaty but i love the twist between kb and bodyweight just what i love i take a16kg kb the next time i take the 20kb to go to the 24 (i always take the 16kg kb when i don't know the workout) i'm a little fearful 😂😂
That’s great way to do it. Often I go through many workouts with lighter weight first, then progress to heavier bell. Solid work 👍💪
