- In this Intense 15 min Full Body Home Workout we are focusing on full body strength, core and endurance. All you need for this home workout is one kettlebell (it can be done at home or the gym). I will take you through some of the most effective kettlebell and bodyweight exercises to help you burn fat and build muscle.
