Hello :) Proper and enough time kneading and resting. Make it properly hydrated also - liquid to flour. Depende sa size, I do bake for at least 15-18 minutes

Hello :) Medyo nahihirapan akong imaginen paano kita sagutin at tutulungan using tablespoons. Maitanong ko nalang kong meron ka na bang recipe na nakasanayanan mo ng gamitin at sundan? Iimprove nalang natin yan :)
Dito sa UK iba ang harina parang mabigat malaman lalo na mga cakes nila kaya kahit anu gawin ko mag Pa lambot ng pandesal medyo malaman na mabigat pangita 😂not unlike sa atin tinapay natin soft lalo na ang baguette dito Jusme parang bato pag Tumigas 😂
