Dari yg saya lihat bumbu laksa yg anda tunjukan tidak jauh berbeda dgn bumbu laksa Bogor, dan kita orang Sumatra. Ada lagi yg nama nya lasa Betawi, disini bumbu nya sedikit berbeda krna penambahan temu mangga, temu kunci, dan kencur. Tapi rasa nya tetap....tidak kalah dgn laksa lainnya. Tetap nikmat.....dan sedap. Thank's cheff .....🙏🙏

Sambau Curry mee,.. Cabai kisar 8 sudu, bunga rawang 2.kuntum ,bawang kecil 10.biji,tumbuk kasar, jintan manis half tea spoon, belachen goreng 1.spoon ,Chicjen stock 1 spoon gula 1.spoon ,tumis bagi harum dan wanggi baru turun Udang Rawa 15 ekur untuk sambai Curry mee buat perhiadan di atas.campur Sayur. Pudina, bukan daun kesum atau Chendehorn, adalah reciopi yg salah. !ok.
In ialah reciou Curry Mee Penang, kerana ada, fish cake, tofu pok, telur ayam, tauger, ( Tibun dan daun limau pulut not campausary di recipi Penang Curry Mee. !

Daun kesum have been in Malaysia for ages ,but lately I have been hearing the younger chefs calling it the vietnamese mint why should we call it by that name where it is already here .we also should remember laksa is a malaysian food and we have been using daun kesum or daun cenohom from my grandmother's time and now I am a 73 yol still usinh it.Next time just call it daun kesum our own herbs that grows well in our country
