❓❓❓Can I store the laksa paste? What about substitute ingredients as I don't live close to an Asian grocer? How do I get the best flavours of the broth? Can I just use chicken as the base of the broth? How can I make vegetarian laksa? Yep! I never knew coconut could be combined with Chilli like that. I add peanut Chilli oil to amp up the heat but it is a beautiful dish regardless.

Thankyou so much for taking the time to show us how a a real authentic laksa variation is made! There are so many terrible videos claiming that their recipe is an authentic laksa with most of them using some kind of mass produced 'laksa paste' from the super-market. Most of which contain 621, 622, and 623 flavour enhancers. Your recipe looks fresh and vibrant and I am heading straight to the kitchen to make it for dinner. Thankyou for the inspiration and education.

When I first met "Laksa",she loved me, and I loved her back-even ten times more. The sensational feelings she brought with her in one full spoon - my mind exploded when i took a bite then I'd found myself lost in happiness of joy, fixed to the moment in time. Laksa is where the aroma confined, nothing more, nothing less ... just give her the time she will satisfy.
..... It has to be my favourite dish ever, i coould have Laksa everyday... 🎉🎗🎋🎆

Love the style of your cooking guidance. Decided to subscribe to your channel now. My children and also my man loves Laksa too. Its difficult to find certain ingredients like Vietnamese Corainder, galangal in this part where I live but I usually substitute them and its still yummy. It will be Laksa on the dinner menu for tonight certainly. Thanks.
