I did this in a park in the middle of a very busy business district amidst the sounds of traffic and I was still able to relax. This was after a long rental bike 🚴 ride and one of your Qigong exercise videos.
I just received a covid vaccination and have been very distressed and concerned about side effects and complications. This meditation is helpful to calm my mind.
