Kristan Dagley, just take small steps. Just one deep, mindful breath has the power to release tensions from the body and mind. Later when you are ready, you can take another or maybe two or three deep breaths and so on. This simple practice can be really helpful, when we are troubled and dealing with strong emotions 🙏♥️🙏
