- 👋 Today we take a look at the 2024 Cadillac CT5V! This is basically the middle trim level for the Cadillac CT5, with a lower trim level available and of course the V Blackwing! This 2024 Cadillac CT5V is the last year for this design, before the interior gets a whole new refresh! The Cadillac CT5V is a good blend between luxury and having some sporty characteristics! The exterior on this model is very luxurious especially with this unique Black Diamond with the silver wheels! The interior of this 2024 Cadillac has two tone leather seats, carbon fiber and has a really easy user interface with all the controls!
The driving experience for this 2024 Cadillac CT5V is what you would expect from Cadillac. It rides very smooth, it's very quiet and would make for a great daily driver! The Cadillac CT5 is also the larger of the two sedans, the CT4 is a bit smaller and you will notice that difference in the back seat room/space.
The overall space for this 2024 Cadillac CT5 is great. You have the ability to fold the rear seats down and use this as a practical daily driver! If you are looking for a luxury brand, without breaking the bank, this Cadillac comes in, in the mid $50K range, and gives you a lot for the money. It's not loud or that performance oriented, but gives you a slight feel of sportiness and with subtle pops in the exhaust! If you want more power, you go with the CT5 V Blackwing with the supercharged engine, but if you aren't ready to spend that, or want that power, the 2024 Cadillac CT5V is a great option!

Great video, as usual . . as in most GM products, you don't need to hold the left side button in on the shifter to come from reverse to drive - just "slap" it down.
That’s actually in every vehicle for the most part, just a habit.

I own a 2022, same engine specs. Unless you're starting from a standstill, the power doesn't seem impressive. I've never felt anywhere near 405 claimed lb/ft of torque. It can get out of its way, but beyond that, it's just ok. The Bose® 16 speaker "standard" audio system sounds good, though not even on the same map with the best car audio systems I've heard/had. Beyond that, there's still an abundance of cheap looking flat black plastics used throughout the interior. Switches & controls, door handle escutcheons & trim around gauges & front/rear AC Vents.
With that said, this is a Cadillac & it's an expensive car. The interior trim faux pas stem from base CT5 all the way up to the $100,000+ Blackwings.
The One saving grace for those who prefer an upgraded appearance, many parts, textures & selections are available on eBay. They're precision crafted & adhere to the covered parts with double stick tape. I just finished mine & the difference in the appearance is exquisite. Search, "CT5 interior trim". I've received many compliments.

Lots of basic features are optional, at the end it can get way more expensive than the competitors.
