The Cadillac CT5-V Blackwing just comes alive in Electric Blue. It's a color that highlights all the body panel shapes, but should never be paired with bronze wheels! You made the right spec, Miles. The Hennessey H1000 CT5 Blackwing would be overkill for me. Something tells me that a typical Hennessey Performance customer wouldn't have to choose - they'd buy'em both!
I got to drive a a few blackwings, they are so insane.

Awesome Hennessy sound!! Definitely if money wasn't a factor than I'm all in. That being said Hennessy charges like 20-30K for those 1000HP installs...and that's on top of the dealer markup on the car. So I'll keep my Blackwing stock thx! 😂
That's a good price. I thought Hennessy charged $55K for the engine build to get the 1000hp. I'd be okay with $20K, $25K would be stretching it.

I saw on another channel that Hennessy messed up the low rpm drive-ability on the manual version of the H1000. They said it was very easy to stall in 1st gear from a slow roll. I’m curious if that’s your experience?
With that agressive of cam thats very normal.
It was something I got used to within the first hour behind the wheel. After the cold start, yes, is is easier to stall than a stock BW (because of the cam, which if you catch on the lull, can trigger a stall), BUT after it's warm, and when you get used to giving a little more throttle, it becomes second nature.
Not sure why anyone would have a 1000hp manual. That's not practical and defeats the extra hp.

Also Hennessey gives you a 3 year warranty on the drivetrain. Worth it? Yes if you can afford it 100%
Totally forgot to mention that - yes, that's a sweet sense of security
