    Morels with potatoes
    Ingredients:
    Morels (mushrooms) 1 liter bucket
    Potatoes 7-8 pcs.
    Vegetable oil for frying
    Cold water 0.5 cups
    Salt to taste
    Cooking:
    Pre-sort the morels to remove debris and rinse
    under running water. Cut off the stems of the morels and cut the cap lengthwise.
    Pour oil into a frying pan and heat it up, put morels in the heated oil,
    Immediately add 0.5 cups of cold water, cover with a lid and place on low heat.
    After 10 minutes, add salt, stir and simmer for another 5 minutes over low heat.
    Chop the potatoes and add them to the morels in the frying pan, stir,
    Add some salt and fry until the potatoes are ready.
