Chili pepper flakes, Black pepper
Rice flour 2 tbsp (I use wheat flour)
salt 1 tsp
vegetable oil
Cheese ~150g

We may add onion, small chicken pieces, diced mushroom . . . . endless possibilities! Wonderful dish! 👌👌👌🌺
Also add some Cilantro and some chilli flakes and a little more salt and some diced garlic cloves and it would be awesome.

Made this last night, and it was very good. A little less perfectly golden brown, and a little raggedy around the edges, but otherwise just like the video. I did also add about maybe 75 grams of diced ham in the cheese layer. Going to have the leftovers for breakfast now.

just for anyone wondering this dish is called a rosti, its usually just the grated potatoes fried but this is certainly a valid and really tasty way to do it
A hole-in-the-wall joint in Milan served me rosti wih tomato slices inside, tasted wonderful! It was way back, in 2007.

While potatoes are definitely some of the most nutritious vegetables, eggs are still superior and considering the amount of eggs you said they eat, they are getting more than enough vitamins.
