Completely cleaned the brewhead - now, however, the shaft in the machine no longer aligns with the insertion point on the brewhead, and the brewhead can't be installed. This was a lot of money for something that only lasts a year.
It’s not that simple. Mine is literally seized in that position. There’s no off/on that’s fixing the problem
