Haha yeah, I found my go to limiter which is the TDR Limiter 6 GE. But this one is fun to use so who knows. If I wasn't an Slate subscriber I won't have tested this.
@@AlexReidStudios I do like the TDR one. I bought it. Been flirting with slate digitial subscription, but im waiting for now. My current "computer chore" that i try to do a little of every day is to reorganize my plugins and uninstall any that i think are redundant or dont like the workflow on.
How many more LUFS do you think you can achieve with this compared to other modern limiters before you hear unwanted artefacts? Have you done a comparison?
Good idea, gonna try it on the clear mode. UPDATE: Tried it and on the clear mode on -5 LUFS there's clearly distortion but nothing song-destroying. Almost like crisp on the transients and bass. But, no matter how much more gain I fed into the limiter, I couldn't go beyond that.
