Kishok Harpoon gun on off host = pain Joining a public lobby to get teamed with 2 human adepts and one drell adept with a black widow and a Graal Spike Thrower The N7 Destroyer turning a Claymore into a sniper rifle The N7 Fury being a walking ball of destruction The pre DLC Salarian Engineer cheesing geth gold with decoys on firebase White N7 Demolisher chucking an infinite supply of grenades Geth infiltrator doing infinity damage out of cloak Any Batarian being ass but the heavy melee being so satisfying we suffer through it anyway. Enemies ragdolling to the stratosphere with the lash ability It had so much jank but it was much fun. A shame it didn't make legendary.
Man, it's been so long that i have a hard time remembering the different classes... My remaining memories revolve around going into pub bronze with either Krogan Warlord or Battarian Slaver and doing exclusivly melee attacks. It was fun!

I have no problem playing with human vanguard on Gold or Platinum. You just need to pay attention to your enemies. Most enemies can insta kill you, if they have already meleed once, with the exception of banshees. If you also charge at an enemy on a staircase, you won't get grabbed when you are on a different level compared to them. Don't charge from long distances as well, cause that gives a chance for the enemy to melee you once during your charging animation. Though I guess I should add that I am hosting most of my games so latency could also play part. Most new players don't know these things and that's why you see so many vanguards with holes in their stomachs.
easy fix for the particle rifle, first use a magazine upgrade and second use the N7 Destroyer, turning Devastator Mode off then back on makes it recharge much faster than waiting, and it adds to the magazine capacity even more so you can get that concentrated beam going a good long time

I loved playing the Volus classes. Adept was weird but I remember liking Volus Engineer. Stick right next to Geth Juggernaut daddy and I could bring him from near death back to full. Sadly I never got a lot of points cause the game was not set up right for a support class.
You don't have to play volus (or any character) as a support, unless you find it fun ^^ Volus can be among the most tanky characters when played right with the invincibility of heavy melee, cloak and shield boost. The engineer can wipe small ennemies with a shot of incendiary acolyte and a mine, as well as debuff big ones for you or your team to melt them. On the other 3 just play a big shotgun like raider or reegar and abuse the invincibility. I've got a friend who consistently outscores everyone with Volus.
One of the best builds in the game. If you want a fun twist on the Ghost, he is one of the best melee characters in the game. Just slap a crusader with Omi blade in it, you can even put batatian gauntlet, and enjoy insane melee damage with cloak and packs, free stuns with overload, as well as on demand free shield regens. One of the very few melee builds I confortably bring to random matches on platinium.
I felt the Cerberus Harrier slander. I use the N7 Hurricane as a backup. N7 Hurricane + Turian Soldier + Cover + Marksman = death beam. N7 Piranha is great too.
Turian Sentinal with the Hurricane, get both chain perks for overload and stun lock the group, run right in their faces and unload. get all the damage reduction perks for the tech armor and boost warps ability to detonate and you have an amazing stunner/detonator class

I'm sorry that you missed out on the time when it was active, but the closest thing that you can try is the multiplayer for Andromeda, there are a few diehard people that still play it and will probably be kind to a new player. But then I haven't played it in four years, so I dunno if it's still active at all.
I had a few different things i played. But i always played the volus adept as "i do no damage. But I'll keep you all alive". I set myself up to just restore ridiculous amounts of shields to my allies every 2/3 seconds. Usually my buddies would bring Geth Primes and just sponge all the damage, while i restored a large portion of their shields and gave damage resist
I believe they were the hardest enemy due to the fact that if you choose collectors in platinum, the other enemies appeared to join them after some waves, cerberus, geth and reapers, so dealing with 4 different factions was indeed really hard
I think there's a consensus on Collectors being the hardest on gold and geth on plat. Cerberus is pretty easy if you have some stagger like a venom. Their units have low health (except Atlas) and high "spawn cost" so they are by far the easyest faction to Speedrun.
Collectors really do be the worst though, the only thing even remotely relative is Cerberus, the Atlas alone is bad enough but it's the phantoms/turrets downing you more times than not. Reaper difficulty gets carried by Banshees and because of that they're the easiest since they were never updated like the Geth/Cerberus were. Glitched maxed out geth soldier/Turian Ghost Infiltrator for life!
I used to main Human Vanguard with nothing but Pilot if I remember correctly. I was just slamming my head against everything several times a second thanks to that 50% chance of charge instant refresh - if it did not proc, melee the thing, fire a feew shots while backpedaling and your charge has refreshed, thanks to 0 carrying weight basically. Very fun and somewhat braindead way to play I would say. Just don't fucking charge banshees.
Shame it's not in LE. Though I think gamepass has 3, so I might be able to give it a try. Being a Geth Juggernaut sounds so awesome. (If it is not, then do not tell me)
I wanna buy mass effect 3 on my steam deck just for its multiplayer like the old days on my ps3. But I get the feeling that unless I find some way to cheat myself millions of credits for characters and weapons it'll just take too long to get anything I'd find fun
That's legit a problem. It takes about 1000h to unlock all the N7 guns without cheating. One of the reasons why I play on PC. Also you can get community patches like the crusader bug fix

I don't hate collectors due to barriers and armour I shred through that I hate them cause of how damn aggressive they are don't shoot them for a second and they've already sprinted halfway across the map to Stab you to death so your barriers and sheilds can't breath

The first game of multiplayer I ever played was well after the popularity of the game had died down and so 90% of my matches were just me hiding in a corner alone trying to take down four players worth of NPCs. But I got that secret ending so it was all worth it.
Regardless of which class you are the best way to play volus is to find the strongest looking character that isn't a geth juggernaut in the match follow them and spam shield boost the faster the better, make them rely on you as a support character and you can get a decent amount of assists
So can someone explain why they completely removed this feature sure the game forcing you to play it was stupid and this mode was mindless but it was surprisingly fun
@@burningbronze7555 nah take a look about at interviews, they simple didn't want to renovate it they compared the old multiplayer to essentially having something buried in concrete, and was way too much work which is understandable, ME3's MP is pretty janky as it is really good, but really janky
The thing is once the first couple DLC's dropped you were no longer "forced" to play it for Galactic readiness. Not that I ever felt forced to play it since the multiplayer was actually the best part of ME3.

Start with the cheaper packs to unlock all the silver and gold guns first to knock them out. Then start with the premium packs

The thing is once the first couple DLC's dropped you were no longer "forced" to play it for Galactic readiness. Not that I ever felt forced to play it since the multiplayer was actually the best part of ME3.

Backwards compatibility on the Xbox One saved the multiplayer scene from the void, the grind continues on.

I was absolutely infuriated when I got the legendary edition and didnt realize they cut multiplayer from it.
Matchmaking still works on PC, was playing a bit last night actually.

It still lives! I just returned to it on PC. Some slight delays in finding matches, but there are enough people that it's not bad.
Volusia adept is ez activate biodic orbs and spam shield boost for your juggernaut and warlord
And using the cerebrum harrier sucks u only get 3 30 round fkn clips
Defensive use of biotic orbs is easy, it's the offensive use where the magic starts

You can still play it in the og Mass Effect 3, they just didn't implement it with the Mass Effect Trilogy remaster

@@coel3572 i used ArtMoney when my old account was hacked, and i had to buy the game again, and didn't want to grind everything again, lol. It was in 2014, and they never banned me. I think, they never cared about it.
