Thanks! I needed to replace my screen, and when I took off the bezel, a small magnet fell out near the bottom left corner. I was able to tape it back on, but maybe something to watch out for. (I think I was too aggressive detaching the adhesive around the bezel.)

good video, but the title seems a little missleading, since you mention SSD upgrade however as you can see the motherboard actually doesn't have a sata port. I'm interested on that because I have a similar model that doesn't have the sata input either and I'm looking for alternatives to upgrade the storage since the part I'm looking for is rare and it costs as much as the SSD itself on ebay.
Hello i work on pc and retail pos hardware for a living. Dont ever touch laptops. My so's aunt has this laptop and the down arrow key has stopped working. Pretty sure the problem is hardware oriented. Is there any fix/thing i could try to remedy the issue?
I have same laptop and my keyboard is not working , so to replace is it the same step that you did or ...and where can i get the replacement keyboard from .
@@ItsBinhRepaired actually there would be no space for a 2.5 SSD even with an adapter if you want to upgrade storage you have to replace the current m.2 SSD with another m.2 SSD

I would assume so. I think the way hp does the model numbers is screen size-model type and the numbers likely are the specs differentiators.

There is a place for a 2.5" sata drive, but you need the cable.

Sadly you'll have to replace the keyboard if it's not debris stuck underneath.

It should be, but they filled the bottom cover with plastic so you can't fit a drive. :(

Can I add Sata SSD 2.5 as secondary drive in it. There is a space for that but no connectors are included.

Yes dual, the amount of ram you can put whatever you want. Preferably same size in both slots.

It's a pretty good laptop if you need something fairly cheap. It plays Minecraft pretty well :D
