How did you go with the battery replacement? This looks really difficult.
@@ddcristo It was actually very easy once the cover was removed. Battery is not glued on, so remove the screws and unplug the ribbon cable.

I don't own the computers I work on and people sometimes upgrade things without me knowing. You'll have to check your individual device.

Hi, I have the same computer and I wonder why the task manager says it has 4 slots for ram, but in the video it seems to be have 2 only?
The software can say whatever it wants.

Soldered to the board. You can't do anything with it.

Depends if you followed the steps 100%? A lot of people skip the battery drain step and fry their motherboard backlight circuit.
Do you have any videos on how to recover photos from this exact laptop if it can’t turn on?

Any tips on how to recover using the back up file? I created one and when I try to recover it, the message I get on screen tells me the .wsi image is not valid.
What backup? How did you make the backup?
@@ItsBinhRepaired, it's done via the Lenovo OneKey Recovery System, you can press the Novo key or via the app. Explained in Chapter 3 of the User Guide.
You have to press the one key recovery button while the computer is off and select the recovery option.

hello mate is there any chance you could send me a link to a 4gb or 8gb ram for this laptop? im trying to upgrade it i think i have a faulty ram it only ever shows 4gb even with the extra manufacturer 4gb ram in,tried putting a 8gb in still only 4gb any ideas? its stressing me now,cheers mate
What operating system do you have? Try restarting the computer one time
Usually it won't update unless you do a reboot
its just windows 10 home it wont get past a black screen
