    Thanks, that was helpful! It took me a second to realize that when you said to "hit the switch," that you meant to turn the ignition switch. I got it and my light is reset!

    Thanks so much! I am due for an oil change and this lit up. But I am about 300 miles from home and started freaking out thinking it might have been something else. I reset it and I am good to go. Really appreciate it!

    Funny the big chain guys who I paid to change my oil couldn't figure out how to do this after my oil change so I had to thanks for the help

    You should mention the fact that you must keep your foot off the brake when you hit the engine start button ... most people hit brake at the same time because that’s required to start the car. Pressing the brake defeats the reset - so keep your foot off the brake.

    Excellent video ~ easy to do short and to the point fix without BS. This worked for me on my 2011 Highlander and it should work for you.

    Could be a bad sensor.

    Didn't work.
    Edit: turn ignition off then on to just power electronics, not the engine. And keep your foot off the brake. Now it works.

    I tried this, didn’t work. Jiffy lube forgot to reset mine.

    This would only work for me if the driver's door was closed. It could just be me of course, lol, but figured I'd throw that tidbit out there.
