Clarke is the women's Steph curry. A lot of volume, great efficiency, incredible range, amazing off ball movement and a great passer. This is the natural progression of women's basketball and what it should have been all along. Shooting consistent mid to long range jump shots. They can't play like the men because of genetics but they can play like this and be exciting. I've never watched a single WNBA game, but I am excited to see Caitlin play.

I played D1 basketball and was known as a good shooter. But I know that both of them are way better than I ever was. There used to be a guy called The Shot Doctor who traveled around to summer camps to teach shooting. When he gave his opening 30 minute speech he had a girl on the court shooting shots from everywhere, right and left handed. She missed one shot the whole time. I saw her do it multiple times at other camps. I asked The Shot Doctor about her and he felt like women have a better chance at being a good shooter than men because they have a more stable base due to their bigger hips and butts. It was the 80's so I don't know who the female shooter was. I wish I knew, it was amazing.
She's a great shooter and overall player. How does her deep shot compare with Ionescu who just did the shootout with Curry? I wonder if that would be a good matchup.
