I never have the attention span to watch podcasts usually, but I watched this whole thing eyes glued to the screen. Something about this team was just so captivating and hearing about how great friends they are is so heart warming.
They ARE relaxed together!! They haven't been together since the first weekend in April except for the ones who went to the draft to support Caitlin and Kate. That could have been both of them. I remember Connor was there for Caitlin, and they all sat together but we didn't get to see anyone other than Connor and Kate that I could see. These girls are all joined at the hip. That is how we roll in Iowa.

Them recounting the Melissa McCarthy story is so funny because that's basically how I met Kate Martin!! I heard her voice from the other side of a restaurant and I told my best friend it was totally Kate and she kept saying no, but I saw the low blonde bun and I knew!
I'm ashamed to say that I've gone back and watched every single Iowa wbb game I could find on RUclips... The full versions. There's a lot of junior senior season stuff but almost none of the first two years. I'm from Florida. No idea how I'm here but I love it. Go hawks/fever/Kate. Lol
What I like about them is they support each other inside and outside the court which you seldom see in every athlete. Love you guys. Continue to be role model and show the world what you got when you are together. May God bless you girls for whatever your heart desires...♥️👋🙏
If I had a college age daughter, after watching these great young women, I'd send her to Iowa. Doesn't have to be for the great sports programs but the whole school teachers and students seem to cherish life and friendship over $$$

Now there is two of making money, so if you don't know how to make money I'll tell what to do. You pick your poison and pray it's good money and not bad money. Its the difference between going broke, end up in jail or live nice, and spend the hell out of it.

I bet you that the top 20 basketball college teams send more players to the pros than not. Because of big budget and focus on winning at sports and the others that can equally invest in high caliber coaches and HS players rather not hype so much the sports and forget the individual player. It's a fact. My experience. Two different types of college programs.

OMG, I had totally forgotten about Gabbie being called "Pretty eyes". It was either the Georgia coach or SE Louisiana coach, the first 2 games of the NCAA tournament in 2023, and the woman was so pissed off because they got called for what was an obvious big foul against Gabbie towards the end of the game. You could hear her yell "pretty eyes", and it's true, her eyes are mostly green, and with her complexion and natural beauty, yeah, she has very pretty eyes and was one hell of a basketball player. Good thing Gabbie, like the other women from Iowa are TOUGH!! At least we still have Jada, Syd, Kylie, Hannah, Addy, and AJ along with newcomer Lucy Olsen, and Kenisse Johnson who still has to prove herself. I'm looking forward to see how the girls do this year. GO HAWKS!! We LOVE YOU!
