If your only plan on taking it on as a hobby and you won't sew very often, then maybe a domestic machine is what you want Do your own research though, so you can know which decision is best

That’s right. The lining hides all the raw edges, so we don’t need a serger

How do you finish your seams? Do you use an overlock, serger, zigzag stitch or something else?
I didn’t use an overlock or anything like that for this project. Since it’s lined, all the seams are hidden so we don’t have to ‘finish’ them

It is half an inch. There are times when it should be quarter inch (and I indicate that in the video)
