Yup! The most critical people I ever met are the losers who don’t work and live with their parents or security guard who never get a girlfriend. I KNOW THESE PEOPLE IN REAL LIFE. These are the trolls. That is why I like hanging out more successful people. I know there will be zero hate from them. I’m not a hater neither and I get good advice from them.

btw i don't know what sauces/condiments you two use in the kitchen, but i recommend trying shallot sauce from the asian supermarket. brings great savory-ness to stirfried tomatoes and eggs AND a lil bit of shallot sauce also goes great with rice.

It's called the Seattle freeze, people being cold. I also experienced it when I first moved here, it does get better(or maybe you will get used to it lol). I even think Ben and jerry's made a flavor of icecream called the Seattle freeze or it was almost made by a voting poll in 2013? Hang in there, the pandemic does not help meeting new people either. You will find your people🤗
Interesting I never heard of it. An old housemate in college was from Seattle and I always thought she was cold and borderline rude. Like one time I accidently drank her coffee cause I thought it was my other friends and a meeting was held over the importance of not stealing her coffee lmao
When I visited Seattle, I encountered a lot of friendly people. It actually bothered my friend I was visiting since she was having a difficult time connecting with people... =(

I am an RN as well, quite older I have been married to my wife 24 years you learn to embrace the things that annoy you or it’s just going to get grading. That said, never sweat the small stuff... ever. Also every one else from Yakima, to Vancouver, Moses Lake to Walla Walla to Spokane all hate Seattle and hope it gets nuked first. We keep hoping. I had a shirt with Governor Insley and a giant Donkey and I get 40 likes and used to get hugs and hi fives it even got me out of a ticket.
